Concept AI processor and connected modules representing an agent-native engineering workflow

The engagement

A clear scope. A useful outcome.

Move beyond individual AI coding tools to an engineering process designed around agents. We review how work moves from a business requirement to a release, then redesign specifications, tests, agent workflows and human review together. Your team gets clear roles, an agentic software development lifecycle and a measured baseline for delivery. We start with one product or team, prove the process against real work and document what changes before extending it across the organisation.

Capabilities

Engineering process audit

Map the path from a requirement to a release. We examine handoffs, specifications, test coverage, review queues and release practices, then establish a delivery baseline with your team.

Specifications and test-driven development

Make intent explicit before agents write code. We structure product specifications, acceptance criteria and tests so that people and coding agents work towards the same outcome.

Coding agents and review workflows

Connect agents to repositories, development environments and CI with scoped permissions. Human review, automated checks and release approval remain explicit parts of the development process.

Team roles and operating model

Redesign ownership across product, engineering and quality. We define who prepares work, supervises agents, reviews changes and is accountable for what reaches production.

Measured rollout and handover

Compare lead time, review effort, escaped defects and delivery cost before and after the pilot. We document the workflow, train the team and agree where the process should expand next.

A practical starting point

Frequently asked questions

Is this a coding tool rollout or a change to our development process?

A change to the process. We connect requirements, tests, coding agents, review and release, and clarify how team roles change. Installing a tool without those changes rarely removes the actual delivery bottleneck.

Do we need to replace our engineering team?

No. We work with your team to change how work is prepared, executed and reviewed. Engineers remain responsible for architecture, quality and production outcomes, with agents handling suitable implementation tasks.

How do you measure the effect?

We establish a baseline before the pilot and compare the same types of work afterwards. Measures can include lead time, review effort, escaped defects and cost per delivered change. The evaluation includes quality as well as speed.

Can you also automate business workflows?

Yes. Process Automation covers agents for operations, sales and support, including integrations, knowledge retrieval, evaluations and deployment. We scope that work separately from the engineering process redesign.
